Product Description

Research data have shown that HBV RNA in peripheral blood serum can reflect the transcriptional activity of HBV virus in the liver, and HBV RNA can still be detected in some samples with serum HBV DNA below the lower detection limit. During Peg-IFN-α treatment, the serum HBV RNA can be used as one of the indicators to predict the serum conversion of HBeAg, and the result of serum HBV RNA is negative, which shall be combined with other indicators to guide the treatment of Peg-IFN-α. The test result shall not be used as the only indicator for the evaluation of the patient's condition, but must be combined with the clinical manifestations and other laboratory tests for comprehensive analysis of the patient's condition. This kit cannot be used for blood screening for HBV.
